HOW TO REGISTER and PLACE AN ORDER:

 “Register” under My Account.

Create your profile then click onto “Address Book” and add your address details.

This information will provide you with all correct shipping costs.

BILLING QUESTIONS:

1. What are my payment options?

Ahiida® Swimwear currently accepts Master Card, Visa, PayPal.

We also accept bank transfer and off-line transactions.

2. Where does Ahiida® ship to?

Ahiida® provides a world-wide delivery service.

3. How long will it take to ship my order?

All Parcels will be dispatched within 1-2 business days except on Public Holidays.

Domestic - (within Australia):  Express Parcels: 1 - 5 business days

International- (World Wide): Express Courier:  3 - 10 business days, depending on custom release.

You should receive a tracking number along with your shipping confirmation via email!

Note: It is important to provide "complete" billing and shipping information with complete contact details to avoid possible delays in the delivery of your package.

Note: We do not deliver to P.O Box addresses.

Note: We do not offer weekend or holiday delivery services.

4. What does it cost for delivery?

International shipping cost is based on country and weight.

Note: Shipping costs will be reduced on multiple items and will be calculated automatically at check out.

Note: Shipping cost is non-refundable.

5. Can I ship to multiple addresses?

No, but you can place separate orders for each address.

6. What is the difference between shipping and a billing address?

Your shipping address is where you would like us to deliver your order. Your billing address is the same address as that of the credit card you used to place your order.

7. Can you save my billing and shipping information so I don’t have to enter it each time I place an order?

You must be a registered account member at www.ahiida.com , we can store your billing and shipping information to ensure faster checkout. To register, go to my account page. Please note though that we do not store credit card information.

EXCHANGE/ RETURN POLICY:

8. Do you accept returns?

We will accept returns, provided that you have a proof of purchase and the item is returned within 14 days of purchase in its original condition unworn, unwashed, and with all swing tags/labels still attached.

Notes: Shipping and 15% handling charges are non-refundable. If you return a product on which duty and tax has been paid, Ahiida® will not refund such duty or taxes.

9. What is your exchange policy?

Only items that have been purchased from this website can be exchanged.

Please return the item within 14 days of purchase with a copy of receipt. All exchanges MUST be in its original condition unworn, unwashed, and with all swing tags/labels still attached.

Note: However, an item which has been soiled, mishandled, laundered or abused will be returned to the purchaser. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment and she/he will forfeit all claims.

10. Where do I send exchanges / returns to?

All Exchange / Return Merchandise must be mailed in a sealed insured package to:

You will be notified via email once your return/exchange has been received and a credit or exchange has been processed.

CANCELING OR CHANGING ORDER:

11. How do I modify or cancel my order?

If an item is not available at the time of purchase, Ahiida® will notify the customer by email.

We can cancel or modify changes on your order as long as it hasn't been shipped yet.

14. Is there a size chart to help me choose the right size swimsuit for me?

Yes. Please view our size chart for reference and if still unsure, please email us your chest and hip measurements and we will recommend your correct size.

15. What's the best way to take care of my Ahiida® Burqini® Burkini® - Sun-Safe Swimsuit?

All our swimsuits come with garment care printed on the back of neck which has instructions to help you preserve your suit. Please read them carefully.

REMEMBER!

16. Product Availability

Our colours are always changing, therefore if you see a Burqini / Burkini or Sun-Safe Swimsuit that you just absolutely love, get it fast. It may not be available the next time you visit.

17. Privacy

Ahiida® cares about your privacy and so we will never sell or give your information to any other party.
