Shipping and Returns

All products will be shipped using the mode of transport selected during the order process.

Orders will be shipped the next working day. No orders will be dispatched on week-ends and public holidays.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please keep track of your order.

Cheque orders will be shipped upon receipt and clearance of funds.

No export restrictions apply to any of our products as they are not derived from plant or animal material.

If in the unlikely event that we cannot fill your order as requested we will either:

  • Issue a refund for that product, or
  • Allow you to select another product of equal value.

If a product arrives to you and it has a fault, please return it to us and we will replace it.

Please Note: If a product has been returned and is found to have become faulty through wear and tear, misuse, neglect or wilful damage we will NOT replace the product.

Delivery Method

Ahiida® will ship using TOLL / TNT / UPS / FedEx International Couriers with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days from date shipped. Australia Post Express for deliveries within Australia.

Taxes and Custom Duties

Some countries may charge duty and/or taxes on imported goods. The charges are calculated when the goods reach the specified country. It is the responsibility of the purchaser of these goods to pay any or all of these charges, Reasons being we cannot predict what these charges may be. Please contact your CUSTOMS department for rates and limits before you place any order.

Exchange Policy

Ahiida® will gladly exchange regularly priced, unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise purchased online at Ahiida.com (must be accompanied by original sales receipt or original gift receipt and original tags must still be attached). For exchanges of merchandise purchased online at Ahiida.com, customers must email Ahiida® at service@ahiida.com within 7 days of receiving merchandise and will be issued an exchange authorization number and instructions on returning goods. Within 14 days of receiving an exchange authorization number, merchandise must be shipped back to Ahiida® (9/19 Birmingham Ave, Villawood, NSW 2163 Sydney, Australia) and must be in original condition – unwashed, unworn, and unused – with all original tags attached. Upon arrival and inspection of the merchandise to Ahiida®, the desired exchanged merchandise will be shipped.

Brokerage/Customs/Duty fees may apply on International Shipments.

Note: However, an item which has been soiled, mishandled, laundered or abused will be returned to the purchaser. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment and she/he will forfeit all claims.

Return Policy

Ahiida® will gladly accept returns for a refund (excluding shipping charges) of any regularly priced, unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise (must be accompanied by original sales receipt or original gift receipt and original tags must still be attached) purchased online at Ahiida®.com Discounted, sale merchandise are final sales and are not returnable. Customers wishing to return merchandise purchased online at Ahiida.com must first email Ahiida® at service@ahiida.com within 7 days of receiving merchandise for a return authorization number and instructions on returning goods. The merchandise must then be shipped back to Ahiida® Pty Ltd (9/19 Birmingham Ave, Villawood, NSW 2163 Sydney, Australia) within 14 days of receiving a return authorization number. Reimbursement in the original method of payment or credit, whichever is preferred, will be issued upon arrival and inspection of the returned merchandise with the original sales or gift receipt.

Note: Shipping and 15% handling charges are non-refundable. If you return a product on which duty and tax has been paid, Ahiida® will not refund such duty or taxes.

Customs Duties and Taxes:

Customs is a government agency responsible for regulating shipments entering a country or region. All shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. It's always buyer's responsibilities to clear customs and pay the relevant custom duties.

Ahiida® only charges you what you see on the order screen, i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost.

HOWEVER - In most countries, you have to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.

The rules are different in every country. Unfortunately there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of every single country.

Therefore, we cannot, offer advice about taxes in your country.

If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes, then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s). We can't calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay it. But we do our best by preparing the paperwork necessary for customs for a non delay release.
